02 Jan Menarco Tower: BGC building cited as one of the ‘greenest’ in PH

Menarco Tower, a new boutique office development by Menarco Development Corporation, has been shortlisted for the Best Green Development category at the South East Asia Property Awards 2016, the region’s biggest and most respected real estate awards program.

Located in 32nd Street in Bonifacio Global City, Menarco Tower is a 32-storey, class A office building that aims to provide a working environment where organizations can perform at its best while building occupants can do their best work.

With its technologically advanced, energy-efficient, safe and healthy spaces that are aimed at minimizing sick building syndrome, it is the first building in the country to register for WELL certification.

Menarco Tower is the first office tower of the developer.  Its aim is to create spaces that respect the human being and have a positive impact on the environment.

The building is scheduled to be complete by first quarter of 2017.
