Job Summary
The Corporate Communications & MVM Lead is responsible for overseeing the company’s internal and external communications strategy, enhancing brand visibility, and managing the company’s art collection (MVM). This role combines the responsibilities of managing corporate communications, executing marketing initiatives, and curating the MVM collection to support the company’s branding and community engagement efforts.

Core Function
- Corporate Communications Strategy
- Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive communication strategies to promote the company’s vision, mission, and values both internally and externally.
- Marketing & Brand Initiatives
- Assist the Marketing Manager/CMO in implementing measurable marketing and brand plans, creating lead generation strategies, and executing campaigns across various channels to promote the brand and generate leads.
- MVM Custodianship
- Manage, secure, and oversee the MVM art collection, including maintaining a robust inventory system, coordinating tour promotions and scheduling, and conceptualizing innovative ways to experience the art collection.
- Media Relations & Brand Compliance
- Lead all media relations requirements and ensure all corporate communications materials are in line with the company’s brand standards.
- Performance Metrics & Analysis
- Monitor key performance metrics and brand health indicators to ensure optimal performance of marketing campaigns and communications efforts.
- Community Engagement & Events
- Lead the development of community relations programs and events designed to foster an active and engaged community, aligning with the company’s social media and digital community growth strategies.
Detailed Functions
As Communications Lead:
- Lead, review, revise and approve all corporate communications materials
- Define and monitor Menarco-style communications
- Define and monitor Menarco-style communications
- Lead all media relations requirements
As Marketing Associate:
- Assist Marketing Manager/CMO in implementing actionable & measurable Marketing & Brand Plans
- Assist Marketing Manager/CMO in creating lead generation strategies and campaigns across traditional and digital channels
- Assist Marketing Manager/CMO in developing and executing strategies and campaigns across all digital and social media channels to promote Brand and generate leads
- Assist Marketing Manager/CMO in monitoring all key performance metrics and brand health indicators to ensure optimum performance of paid and organic campaigns
- Manage all Marketing and Brand communications executions
As MVM Custodian:
- Secure, monitor and manage MVM art collection
- Create and maintain a robust MVM inventory system
- Collaborate with management in designing medium and long term plans for MVM
- Coordinate and monitor tour promotions and scheduling
- Lead MVM guided tours
- Conceptualize new and innovative ways to experience the art collection
- Be the main point of contact for all artists, consultants, resources h. Manager MVM operational expenses
Required Qualification
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in corporate communications, marketing, and/or brand management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience in art collection management and curation is a plus
