Job Summary
The Growth and Project Development Senior Manager oversees, leading and managing the company’s core business–planning, developing, and realizing healthy and sustainable
real estate projects.
He/she works with his/her core competencies to manage the life-cycle of the project, coordinating with the company’s departments and resources to ensure that the project is aligned with its goals. He/she ensures that projects are on-time and within set budgets.
As the Growth and Project Development Senior Manager, his/her main focus under Project Development is Design Management, developing the product that best represents Menarco as a developer of better buildings and communities.

Education & Experience
Core Functions
1. Lead, Manage & Hold Accountable (LMA)
2. Project Planning
a. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and design requirements
b. Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to Menarco brand values and ethos
c. Lead coordination of project requirements among internal Menarco departments (Finance, Legal, Construction, Sales and Marketing)
d. Identify, source and tap the necessary external expertise needed by the project during various stages of the design cycle.
3. Design Management and Design Quality Review/Quality Assurance
a. Manage the design process from Menarco’s (developer) perspective, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives
b. Collaborate with internal and external departments/teams to develop innovative design solutions
c. Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final designs
d. Review designs produced by design consultants to ensure that designs meet Menarco standards, while adhering to relevant codes and regulations.
e. Work closely with engineers to ensure interdisciplinary collaboration, consistency, and coherence in design outcomes from various disciplines from early conceptual stages through implementation
f. Interface between the consulting architect and Menarco.
g. Provide aesthetic advise on the qualitative and visual aspects of the design based on the thorough familiarity with the aesthetic and quality standards of the target market
h. Organize and lead design work sessions involving other members of the project team and project stakeholders
i. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering an environment of learning and growth
4. Construction Support
a. Provide guidance and support during the construction phase, collaborating with construction teams to address design-related challenges and modifications.

a. Review, recommend, approve any and all public and/or outward facing collaterals, ensuring adherence to Menarco brand values and aesthetics
b. Select/source and/or design requirements of Menarco in its operations (i.e., furniture, carts, holiday decors, etc)
c. Generate ideas for design and appropriate applications in operations and projects in development
6. Other responsibilities: Menarco Vertical Museum
a. Recommends and advices on selection, placement and installation of artworks in the museum
b. Provides relevant history and resources for the collection
c. Provides additional coordination between partner museums, galleries and artists
d. And other assignments from the Executive Office that may increase knowledge, widen breath of experience and build on values of team members.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- University degree in Architecture
- Registered Architect
- Proficiency in software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
- Excellent design and aesthetic sense
- Ability to analyze sites through lens of wellness and sustainability
- Familiarity with laws pertinent to Architecture, Planning and Development
- Able to lead and coordinate with a variety of teams, support groups and external contacts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Proven experience in Design Management or related role
- Knowledgeable in project/design management and other design trades
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
