The Technology & Digital Specialist supports the Information Technology department by maintaining IT resources, supporting strategic AI programs, and managing automated business tools. The role ensures optimal functioning of technology-related systems and contributes to the company’s digital transformation initiatives.

Core Function
- Systems and Interfaces
a. Collaborates closely with 3rd party vendors to guarantee the proper functioning of all systems and interfaces. - Network Fundamentals & Troubleshooting
a. Basic concepts and principles of computer networking. This includes the OSI and TCP/IP models, the common network topologies and architectures, the types of network devices and cables, the protocols and standards, and the network addressing and subnetting schemes. You should also be familiar with the basic network services, such as DNS, DHCP, FTP, and HTTP, and how they work. - Basic Programing
a. Write code, troubleshoot design issues, and debug software. - General IT Administration
a. Perform routine IT administrative tasks, including system updates, user account management, and maintenance of IT inventory. - IT Housekeeping
a. Ensure all technology-related areas, such as server rooms and workstations, are clean, orderly, and comply with safety standards. - Support for AI Programs
a. Assist with the implementation and management of strategic AI programs, working to integrate AI tools into business operations to improve efficiency. - Automated Business Tools Management
a. Support the deployment and maintenance of automated business tools, ensuring they are up-to-date and functional. - Technical Support
a. Provide technical support to staff, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and automated tools. - Documentation and Reporting
a. Maintain thorough documentation for IT systems and automated tools, and report on their usage and performance to support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualification
Education & Experience
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent technical certification.
- Experience in IT administration, with a focus on system maintenance and support
- Knowledge of AI technology and familiarity with automated business tools.
- Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a non-technical audience.
