Job Summary
The Technology & Digital Officer is responsible for managing all IT hardware and software resources, ensuring the efficiency and value of technology assets, and developing business technology solutions across the organization. This role involves managing maintenance concerns related to technology, recommending infrastructure
options, and training the organization in relevant Al applications and solutions.

a. Manage all IT hardware and software resources, assets, and properties, ensuring they are used efficiently and effectively.

a. Handle all maintenance concerns related to technology and formulate strategies to maximize the efficiency and value of all IT assets.
3. Technology Infrastructure
a. Assess and recommend the best options for technology infrastructure, ensuring it meets the company’s operational needs.
4. Business Technology Solutions
a. Develop tailored business technology solutions for all departments and functions, enhancing workflow and productivity.
5. Al Applications Training
a. Learn and train the organization in relevant Al applications and solutions, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing IT resources, developing technology solutions, and implementing Al applications.
- Strong knowledge of current technology trends, software, and hardware solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and guide staff in technology applications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
