Job Summary
The Creatives Associate plays a key role in shaping the visual identity of Menarco through integrated creative design and production. This role is responsible for executing visual materials across all touchpoints: digital, print, on-ground events, internal communications, and external campaigns. Working closely with the Brand & Marketing Head, the Creatives Lead ensures all creative outputs are on-brand, high quality, and aligned with the company’s strategic direction. The role involves translating concepts and briefs into impactful visual assets and providing art direction across channels and platforms.

Core Functions
1. Creative Execution & Design
a. Design, conceptualize, and produce creative materials across digital, print, on-ground, internal, and external platforms. Ensure all outputs align with brand standards and marketing objectives.
2. Art Direction & Production Oversight
a. Manage and supervise the production of the Menarco’s creative materials across campaigns, events, internal initiatives, and special projects (including but not limited to: printing, photo shoots, fabrication, installations, and other deliverables) ensuring quality and timely execution
- Brand Design Management
a. Maintain and enforce the proper use of brand design elements across all materials and channels, safeguarding visual identity and brand integrity.
4. Campaign & Marketing Support
a. Work closely with the Market Management team to support campaign rollouts and content implementation across channels.
- Creative Leadership & Art Direction
a. Lead the creative process, provide art direction for shoots and content creation, and develop mock-ups or prototypes for campaign and project visualization. Champion design innovation within the team.
DETAILED FUNCTIONS
As Creatives & Design Lead
a. Translate departmental objectives into visual materials across digital, print, on-ground, and internal platforms
b. Conceptualize, design, and produce creative outputs that meet brand standards and project goals
c. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual assets, maintaining consistency and impact across touchpoints
As Art Direction & Production Lead
a. Provide art direction for photo shoots, video productions, installations, and other creative projects
b. Manage external vendors, contractors, and production partners to ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are met
c. Review all creative outputs for consistency,and alignment with visual identity
As Brand Design Custodian
a. Maintain and enforce proper use of brand design elements across all communications and touchpoints
b. Safeguard Menarco’s visual identity, ensuring consistent application across campaigns, internal communications, and events
c. Champion innovation and fresh design approaches within Menarco’s projects and initiatives
As Campaign & Project Support Lead
a. Collaborate with Market Management team to support campaign rollouts, events, and internal initiatives
b. Translate strategic objectives into creative deliverables that effectively communicate the intended message
c. Provide visual materials and mock-ups to guide project visualization and stakeholder approvals
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- At least 2 years proven experience in art direction and visual design
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design and creative projects.
- Proficiency in: Design & Video software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CapCut, Canva) Project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or similar)
Skills
- Excellent creative vision, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong project management abilities, with experience overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Keen attention to detail and brand consistency, with an ability to translate strategic goals into impactful visuals
- Comfortable advising leadership on creative direction and representing the brand’s visual identity in internal and external initiatives
