Job Summary
The Brand Ambassador plays a vital role in bringing Menarco’s brand to life through digital content implementation, community engagement, and Menarco Vertical Museum (MVM) operations.
Working closely with the Brand & Marketing Head, this role supports the execution of marketing strategies, manages daily content and event initiatives, and serves as the face of the brand in community, cultural, and partner interactions. It also involves active collaboration with the Creatives Lead for content production and with other departments for high-impact projects.

Core Functions
- Digital Content Implementation & Reporting
a. Manage content calendars across all Menarco platforms. Coordinate with the Creatives Lead for required assets, schedule posts, draft emailers and internal communications. Track and report performance metrics to support campaign optimization.
- Community Events Execution
a. Coordinate and implement on-ground community programs, tenant activations, and cultural engagements at Menarco Tower and The Yard. Manage logistics, suppliers, guest experience, and event documentation in alignment with brand objectives.
- Museum Operations & Cultural Engagement
a. Lead the day-to-day operations of the Menarco Vertical Museum (MVM)—including tour bookings, guest communications, exhibit maintenance, and cultural activation support. Ensure a seamless visitor experience and strong cultural engagement.
- Brand Representation & Engagement
a. Represent Menarco’s brand values in all public-facing interactions, property tours, events, and partner engagements. Ensure authentic and consistent delivery of the brand’s voice and story across all touchpoints.
- Cross-Department & Administrative Support
a. Coordinate with other departments for internal event activations, content requirements, and reporting needs. Provide administrative support for documentation, reporting, and logistics related to marketing and events.
DETAILED FUNCTIONS
As Digital & Marketing Lead
- Implement and manage content calendars across all platforms
- Schedule and publish posts; draft copy for social media, invites, and email communications
- Coordinate with the Creatives Lead for required assets
- Monitor engagement and prepare performance reports
As Community Events Support
- Execute community and internal events led by the Brand & Marketing Head
- Handle logistics, supplier coordination, guest registration, and documentation
- Coordinate vendor and tenant partnerships and assist with promotional materials
As Museum & Cultural Lead
- Manage MVM bookings, tours, and guest communications
- Coordinate with artists, consultants, and partners
- Maintain museum content and assist in cultural activations
As Brand Ambassador
- Represent Menarco during tours, events, and partner engagements
- Uphold and communicate brand values and ensure consistent brand presence
As Cross-Department & Admin Support
- Coordinate with other departments for internal initiatives and content needs
- Maintain reports and documentation for digital channels, events, and museum activities
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth marketing execution
- And other assignments from the Executive Office that may increase knowledge, widen breath of experience and build on values of team members.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in brand marketing, corporate communications, or events; fresh graduates with relevant internship or project-based experience are welcome to apply
- Experience in community engagement, customer service, or front-facing roles is an advantage
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator preferred)
- Proficiency in CapCut or other video editing software
- Proficiency in Social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong eye for visual detail and brand consistency
- Comfortable working on-ground during events, tours, and activations
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
