Job Summary
The Creatives Officer is the visual guardian of the Menarco brand, responsible for translating strategy and messaging into clear, compelling, and consistent visual outputs across all platforms.
Working closely with the Brand & Marketing Head, this role executes design, content, and visual storytelling across digital, print, and on-ground touchpoints, ensuring that every output reflects the brand’s standards and intent.
This role combines design execution with content capture, acting as both creator and documentor of the Menarco experience—from structured marketing materials to everyday moments within the community.

Core Functions
- Creative Execution & Design
a. Design Delivery: Produce 100% of required marketing and sales materials aligned with brand standards and project timelines
b. Output Quality: Ensure all creative outputs meet defined quality and presentation standards
- Digital & Content Creation
a. Content Production: Develop visual content across static, motion, and short-form formats for digital platforms
b. Platform Support: Provide design support for website UI/UX and digital campaigns
- Brand Stewardship
a. Brand Consistency: Ensure 100% compliance of all outputs with brand guidelines before release
b. Visual Integrity: Maintain consistency of design across campaigns, materials, and touchpoints
- Content Capture & Storytelling
a. Content Capture: Document events, spaces, and activations through photography and video
b. Story Development: Translate captured content into usable marketing and storytelling assets
- Asset & File Management
a. Asset Organization: Maintain an updated and organized digital asset library
b. Accessibility: Ensure 100% availability and proper version control of creative files
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
- At least 5–8 years of experience in visual design, creative production, or content creation
- Strong portfolio showcasing: Branding and layout work, Digital and social content & Photography and/or video output
- Proficiency in: Design and video tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CapCut, Canva), Collaboration and project management tools

- Strong creative and visual judgment

- Ability to manage multiple deliverables independently
- Clear communication and collaboration skills
