This role provides broad exposure across financial accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
- Process and monitor accounts payable, vendor payments, statutory remittances, and cash disbursements.
- Manage accounts receivable activities, including billing, collections, Statements of Account, aging reports, and revenue reconciliations.
- Prepare bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and assist in treasury and banking transactions.
- Support budget preparation, financial analysis, variance reporting, and management reporting.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve finance-related matters efficiently.
- Support external and internal audit requirements and maintain effective financial controls.
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate flexibility by supporting multiple finance functions and participating in cross-functional finance projects as business needs evolve.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related business discipline.
- CPA designation is an advantage but not required.
- At least 4–6 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or related functions.
- Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, or general accounting is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrates a proactive mindset, learning agility, and the willingness to develop expertise across multiple finance functions.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
