Job Summary
The Marketing & Events Associate supports the execution of marketing strategies, digital content, community events, and cultural programs across Menarco’s key property brands – Menarco Tower, Menarco Vertical Museum, and the Yard.
Working closesly with the Senior Manager for Brand, Marketing & Community Relations, this role is responsible for implementing marketing content, coordinating on-ground events, and managing end-to-end museum operations. The role also involves active collaboration with the in-house Multimedia Designer and close coordination with members of the Leadership Team for high-impact initiatives.

Education & Experience
Core Functions
1. Digital Execution & Reporting
a. Implement digital content calendars across Menarco Tower, MVM, and the Yard
b. Publish and schedule social media posts across relevant platforms
c. Draft email marketing campaigns and internal communications
d. Coordinate with the Multimedia Designer for needed visual or assets.
e. Track and compile monthly digital performance reports for management review
2. Community Events Execution
a. Execute community / tenant relations-led events at Menarco Tower / The Yard as directed by the Senior Manager
b. Handle event logistics including setup, supplier coordination, guest management, and documentation
c. Coordinate vendor partnerships for MenarCommunity activations
d. Prepare event kits, logistics checklists, and support materials
e. Assist in writing copy for invites, posters, and promotional materials.
3. Menarco Vertical Museum (MVM) Management
a. Manage MVM weekly tour operations – inquiries, scheduling, walkthroughs, and visitor assistance
b. Maintain and update MVM tour decks, QR-led walk throughs, and inventory systems
c. Serve as point person for all artist, consultant, and guest tour communications
d. Track MVM operational expenses and prepare related documentation
e. Propose MVM event concepts and collaborate with the Senior Manager on execution planning
f. Support museum promotions and cultural engagement campaigns.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, or a related field
- Internship or work experience in content creation, events, or marketing implementation
- Proficiency in: Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets), Canva or Adober Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator preferred), CapCut or other video editing software, Social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills
- Strong eye for visual detail and brand consistency
- Comfortable working on-ground during events and tours
